Scenic Cement is Woodland Scenics' signature scenery bonding solution for permanently fixing turf, ballast, ground cover, and loose scenic materials on model railroad layouts and dioramas. The formula flows freely into loose material and dries clear without disturbing scenery placement. 16 oz bottle.
Mist or drip over pre-positioned scenic materials. The low-surface-tension formula penetrates deeply for a solid bond throughout the material depth. Pre-wet the area with water and a drop of dish soap before applying for best results. An essential finishing step in any Woodland Scenics scenery application.
