Description
No-News Paper is a specially processed absorbent paper for wetting down terrain framework before applying Plaster Cloth (C1203) on model railroad layouts and dioramas. The 12" x 100 ft roll provides ample material for large layout builds.
The treatment prevents the paper from contaminating or discoloring white Hydrocal castings. Use as a base layer over foam or screen terrain armatures before applying Plaster Cloth for smooth, strong terrain surfaces.
