Description
Fine Buff Talus is a fine-scale rock debris material used to model the loose rocky scree found at the base of cliffs, along embankments, and in creek beds on model railroad layouts and dioramas. Warm buff tones replicate dry limestone and sandstone rock debris on sun-baked terrain. Comes in a 5 oz bag.
Wet the surface with diluted Scenic Cement (S191) or wet-water solution, scatter the talus into position, then secure with more diluted cement applied by eyedropper. Blend multiple grain sizes for the most natural rocky slope appearance. Works in any scale.
