Coarse Turf Earth is a chunky foam ground cover material that adds bold texture to model railroad layouts, tabletop terrain, and dioramas. Rendered in a natural brownish-green tone, it captures the look of coarse, clumpy ground along railroad grades and earthen embankments. The coarser granule size creates a more defined, three-dimensional look that is ideal for weedy fields, brushy areas, and wild undergrowth. Comes in an 18 cubic inch bag. Moisten the surface with diluted Scenic Cement (S191) or white glue, sift the material into place, then mist with more cement to lock it down. Coarse Turf blends beautifully with Fine Turf shades and other Woodland Scenics scenic materials for a natural, multi-textured finish.
