A large 30-ounce shaker bottle of Woodland Scenics fine grade ballast in Buff - a generous supply of scale-accurate granular track ballast for layout builders who need larger quantities. The convenient shaker bottle dispenses material evenly and stores cleanly between sessions.
Fine grain ballast is calibrated for accurate appearance in N, Z, and smaller HO scale scenes, where it simulates the fine-crushed stone or cinder beds of prototype trackwork. Buff ballast simulates the tan-to-cream crushed limestone used extensively by prototype railroads across the Midwest and Great Plains.
Apply using the wet-water method with diluted white glue for a permanent, realistic bond. The large container provides enough material to ballast an extended run of track, finish multiple layout sections, or maintain a stock for ongoing scenery work.
