Description
This kit builds seven large deciduous trees in the 5" to 7" height range, representing towering mature trees in HO scale or full-grown specimens in N and O scale. Mixed foliage shades give each tree an individual character that prevents the finished group from looking uniform or artificial.
The flexible armatures allow you to bend branches outward for a wide, spreading canopy or angle the trunk for wind-swept character. Clump foliage is applied with white glue in the quantity and arrangement of your choice, then the finished tree is planted via pin base or displayed on a flat base.
Large trees like these are especially effective as boundary plantings at the back of a layout, in parks, beside water features, or framing a scenic backdrop. Seven trees provide good coverage for a hillside or woodlot edge.
